Vision and ambition

Companies succeed when leadership fuels ambition of its entire workforce with a single vision. That requires leadership to earn the respect and trust of the entire company that the vision is consistent, will lead to an end, and that leadership has plans to mitigate risks. Once trust is broken, respect will vanish, and the vision will get lost. It is the responsibility of leadership to earn respect and trust.
